At their previous location I tasted one of the best ceviches I have ever tasted. The new place is even better: nicely decorated, the food is still excellent and so is the service. There is no ceviche in Valencia like the one at Bouet. I also recommend trying their cocktails like the "chingón". Elena loves it, her favorite restaurant in Valencia. At night there comes a moment when they turn off the lights and play music. Very romantic moment, my friend. It usually costs more than 30€ per head, of course.
