Formerly they had the Sushi Home in the Carme, now they have made a bar that is like a Japanese street. It is a spectacular place. The service is exquisite, almost one waiter and one cook per table. There are no niguiris like the ones in this place. Among the 2 best Japanese restaurants in Valencia, but you have to pay for it. For me it is worth it, in celebrations.
