From the winner of a TV program Rakel Cerchinarro. It has a "gourmet" part with a fixed tasting menu, and an upstairs seating area at the bar with the cooks in front of it (it seems more economical). We tried it once for my birthday (the restaurant part) and loved it. We almost exploded from so much food, and Rakel herself was very nice, asking us questions all the time. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.
