It's no secret that we love burgers, and that one of our favorites in the city is Meat, we have already confessed it several times. Because we like places where few things are done but they are done well and Meat is one of them. That's why when we heard the news of their brunch at the new Vallehermoso location, we started rubbing our hands together because we knew it was going to be a new must on our weekend mornings. The menu is simple, 6 fixed dishes and some off menu, to choose freely without closed formulas. It is accompanied by juice, coffee, milkshakes, beers or cocktails (or all of them, if you want). We thought about it briefly and opted for their Brunch Burger (100% organic beef, lettuce, tomato, cheddar, onion, bacon and fried egg), a taco (with guacamole, scrambled eggs and pico de gallo) and pancakes with crispy bacon. Two Bloody mary to toast. The food fades as we lick our lips with each bite and dare to drizzle our fluffy pancakes with the sweet and addictive maple syrup.
